Let’s say you just started using your new WordPress site, and you have a friend that is going to help you. Instead of simply giving them your login information, which isn’t a secure way to do this at all, you need to create a new user. Creating a new user on your WordPress site is very easy. Here we will walk you through the process.

To get started, log into your site.
Click on your site name on the top left so that you can access the back-end portion of your site.
Then select [Users] which is located on the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
From here, select [Add New] at the top of the screen.
Next, simply fill in the new user’s information.
Once the information is entered, select the role they’ll be playing. For the sake of this guide, we will select [Administrator] because our user will help us create content for our site.
Finally, click the [Add New User] button at the bottom of the screen.
Congrats! You’ve just created a new user!
